The Position is for NUST Baluchistan Campus
Qualification / Experience
- MBA/Master degree from any HEC recognized university.
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in relevant field.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive case files submitted for Commandant/Dean perusal/approval.
- Download and sift emails/faxes received at Commandant’s/Dean’s email ID/fax and submit to Commandant/Dean.
- Keep updated computer record of all files received and submitted to Commandant/Dean.
- Ensure timely distribution of all files/cases to concerned Directorates, Institutions after Commandant’s /Dean’s perusal/approval.
- Keep updated computer record of all files/cases which carry Commandant/Dean remarks for monitoring and implementation.
- Process Commandant/Dean’s visa applications to concerned Embassy and process seat reservations etc.
- Prepare booklet for Commandant/Dean’s official visits.
- Send Season/New Year and Eid Greeting cards/emails to the Heads of collaborating domestic/foreign universities, organizations and Missions etc in consultation with Commandant/Dean.
- Keep Commandant/Dean’s personal files and official documents updated.
- Prepare Commandant/Dean’s TA/DA Claims and Income Tax return etc.
- Protocol duties at Airport as and when required.
- Supervision of NBC Quetta Campus and provision of Campus assistance.
- Any other task as assigned by Commandant/Dean

- Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:
- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than two years’ service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Medically unfit.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
