Education/Qualification: -
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10-12 years of experience in a management role preferably within the online education space.
Key Skills:
- Experience in online learning policy design and administration.
- Demonstrated success in business development within the online learning sector.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and budget oversight.
- A track record of building successful partnerships and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Creative approach to student experience design and a commitment to academic excellence.
- Skilled in risk assessment and the implementation of mitigation strategies.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to make effective team decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership qualities and the capacity to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for faculty onboarding and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated team management of diverse subdivisions.
- Familiarity with current trends in e-learning and digital education platforms is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer online learning policies to ensure a robust and compliant educational framework.
- Manage all aspects of end-to-end operations, ensuring seamless delivery of online programs.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our reach in the online learning space.
- Conduct financial reporting and budget management to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Forge strategic partnerships to enhance program offerings and expand market presence.
- Implement risk planning and management protocols to safeguard the division’s interests.
- Design exceptional student experiences that foster engagement and satisfaction.
- Oversee the onboarding process for faculty, ensuring they are well-equipped to deliver online instruction.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Dean.
