Qualification/Experience: -
- Bachelors / Masters (16 Year) in Environmental Sciences / Developmental Studies, with 05 Years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Assist in the formulation and execution of sustainability strategies, aligning with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify sustainability trends, benchmarks, and emerging issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement sustainable development programs, ensuring alignment with established strategies.
- Monitor and track progress on sustainability initiatives, collecting and analyzing data to assess performance.
- Engage with internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders to foster sustainable practices and build positive relationships.
- Assist in communication efforts to raise awareness of sustainability initiatives among employees, customers, and the public.
- Maintain accurate records and databases related to sustainability metrics, ensuring data integrity and compliance with reporting requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and disclosures, contributing to transparency and accountability.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of sustainability projects, tracking timelines,budgets, and milestones.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings related to sustainable initiatives.
- Stay current with relevant sustainability laws, regulations, and industry standards, ensuring the organization's compliance.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Organize training sessions and workshops for employees to promote sustainability awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sustainability principles into training programs.
- Stay informed about emerging sustainable technologies and practices, exploring opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of business cases for sustainable investments and initiatives
